Chocolate-less Chocolate Sauce

  1. Simply thoroughly mix all of the ingredients together.
  2. You can turn this into milky hot chocolate if you stir in warm soy milk or milk or make a cafe mocha if you stir in cafe au lait.
  3. Cocoa powder is full on antioxidants and rich in iron and calcium.
  4. It's also a digestive aid.
  5. Don't add sugar and full fat milk!
  6. That'll just increase your intake of sugar and additives.
