Chocolate-less Chocolate Sauce
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Soy milk
- 1 tbsp Honey (maple syrup or condensed milk)
- 1 shake Vanilla oil or rum (optional)
- Simply thoroughly mix all of the ingredients together.
- You can turn this into milky hot chocolate if you stir in warm soy milk or milk or make a cafe mocha if you stir in cafe au lait.
- Cocoa powder is full on antioxidants and rich in iron and calcium.
- It's also a digestive aid.
- Don't add sugar and full fat milk!
- That'll just increase your intake of sugar and additives.
