Vegan Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Cake (And Gluten-Free!)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease an 8x8in square pan.
  3. Combine applesauce, brown sugar and vanilla in a small bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredient (except the chocolate chips).
  5. Add the applesauce mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.
  6. Add in chocolate chips.
  7. Pour into prepared pan.
  8. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
