Crispy Crab Rangoon's

  1. Mix softened cream cheese, garlic and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  2. Stir in crab and green onions.
  3. Beat the egg and water together in small bowl.
  4. Place a Tablespoon of the crab mixture in center of wonton wrapper.
  5. Brush edges of wrapper with egg wash mixture.
  6. Fold over corners to form a triangle and press to seal.
  7. Deep fry in small batches in 375F oil until golden brown.
  8. These fry up really quick.
  9. I always sprinkle with a pinch of salt as soon as they come out of fryer.
  10. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
  11. Enjoy!
