Fennel Jalapeno Slaw Vegan!
- 1/4 whole Small Cabbage, Thinly Sliced (1/4 Of A Head Should Be 2 Cups Or So)
- 1 whole Bulb Fennel, Cored, And Thinly Sliced, Some Fronds Reserved
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Thinly Sliced (remove The Seeds And Ribs If You Don't Like A Ton Of Spice, Or Just Use Half)
- 1/2 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- Salt To Taste
- Toss all ingredients together (except salt) and taste.
- Add more lime juice or some salt to your preference.
- Serve as desired.
- Makes a great topping for the short rib tacos in my TastyKitchen recipe box!
