Chili House Deer and Beer Chili

  1. Chop onions, garlic and chiles fine.
  2. Brown deer and sausage in small amount of oil.
  3. Add rest of ingredients.
  4. Simmer, covered for 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Simmer another 30 minutes without stirring.
  6. Add a can of beans, if desired.
