Frozen Strawberries

• 4 cups strawberries
• 5 12 cups sugar
• 1 34 ounces pectin
• 1 cup water

1. stem and slice strawberries
2. mix with sugar
3. let stand 1 hour
4. combine pectin and water
5. boil 1 minute
6. pour over berries
7. mix well
8. seal in freezer containers
9. freeze.
