One Dish Jambalaya

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add chicken, sausage and garlic and saute until browned.
  3. Drain fat.
  4. Stir in soup and sauce and heat to a boil.
  5. Finally, stir in rice, shrimp and peas.
  6. Cover skillet and simmer for 5 minutes or until heated through.
