My Favourite Curry

  1. Melt butter on medium, in a medium sauce pan.
  2. Add onion, red pepper, and carrot; cook 5 minutes until onion is soft.
  3. Add next 4 ingredients; stir.
  4. Gradually stir in milk and let boil till slightly thickened.
  5. Add chicken.
  6. Heat and stir for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and serve with rice.
