Chili Burgers

  1. Mix beef with salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Shape into 4 flat patties.
  3. Preheat broiler or grill.
  4. Cook burgers to desired doneness.
  5. Meanwhile, heat the Bowl 0 Red until it is warm enough to serve.
  6. Then split the buns, lightly butter them, if desired, and grill or toast them.
  7. To serve, place the burgers on the buns and top with chili, cheese, onion, and chiles, if desired.
