With a Pan! Asian Sweet Potato Chips
- 1 as much (to taste) Asian sweet potato
- 1 Salt
- Wash the potatoes and slice very thinly with the skins on.
- Place the slices in a single layer in a pan and cook over medium heat on both sides.
- When the chips yellow, wavy on the edges and lightly browned, sprinkle salt and they are done.
