Spinach Beef Stir Fry

  1. Stir fry beef in 1 teaspoon oil until no longer pink.
  2. Remove beef and keep warm.
  3. Stir fry carrots in remaining oil for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the rest of the vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  5. Mix together soy sauce, cornstarch, beef bouillon, water, and spices.
  6. Add to vegetables and bring to a boil; cook for 1 minute or until thickened.
  7. Add the beef back to the skillet along with the spinach.
  8. Cook until spinach wilts.
  9. Serve over hot cooked rice.
  10. Makes 6 servings.
