Bistro Tomato & Mozzarella Salad with Pesto

  1. Combine mozzarella, tomatoes, pesto, bistro sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. For 2 servings: Spoon 2 cups (500 mL) salad onto serving plate; top with 1 tsp.
  3. (5 mL) each of the remaining ingredients.
  4. Serve immediately.
