Grilled Chipotle Shrimp
- 2 whole Chipotle Peppers, Chopped, Plus 1/4 Cup Adobo Sauce
- 5 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1- 1/2 pound Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
- Skewers (if Using Wood Skewers, Be Sure To Soak In Water)
- Combine chipotle peppers, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, brown sugar, sea salt, and ground black pepper.
- Place marinade in large Ziploc bag with shrimp and let marinate in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium high heat.
- Place shrimp on skewers and cook on grill for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until opaque and just cooked through.
