- 12 ounce extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon basil, julienned
- 1 tablespoon cilantro leaf
- 1 pinch salt and pepper, mix
- 1 dash extra virgin olive oil
- 12 tablespoon parmesan-romano cheese mix
