Homemade Polish Sausage Recipe

• 5 to 15 lbs. grnd pork
• 3 lbs. grnd beef
• 3 tbsp. black pepper
• 5 tbsp. salt
• 6 cloves of chopped garlic
• 2 tbsp. dry marjoram
• 3 tbsp. mustard seed
• 1 quart. cool water

1. Mix by hand and allow to stand in refrigerator overnight.
