Sausage in breadcumbed french toast

  1. Cook the sausages.
  2. Cut the sides of the breads to remove the 'skin'.
  3. Roll the bread flat.
  4. Spread the butter and roll the sausage in the flattened bread.
  5. Dip into he beaten egg and then to the breadcrumbs.
  6. Dip and coat twice.
  7. Deep fry til golden brown!
  8. And serve with chilli sauce or any favourite dippings.
