Grilled Pineapple with Toasted Coconut and Lime

• 3 whole Pineapple Slices, 2 Inches Thick
• 2 Tablespoons Toasted Coconut
• 1 whole Lime, Cut Into Wedges

1. Heat grill or grill pan.
2. Grill pineapple until it slightly caramelizes.
3. Transfer to a plate.
4. Top with coconut and granish with lime wedges.
