Soy Squid Stirfry
- 100 g squid rings
- 270 g stir fry vegetables
- 40 ml soy sauce
- 250 g noodles
- 1.
- Pre-heat skillet or Wok to medium to high heat.
- 2. lightly spray skillet and cook squid rings for approximately 7-8 Minutes.
- 3.
- Add one minute Stir Fry mix and cook until mix begins to soften.
- 4.
- Add soy sauce, mix and cover for 3-4 Minutes.
- 5.
- Re introduce squid and Slim noodles, mix together, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- 6.
- Remove from heat and serve.
