Soy Squid Stirfry

  2. Pre-heat skillet or Wok to medium to high heat.
  3. 2. lightly spray skillet and cook squid rings for approximately 7-8 Minutes.
  4. 3.
  5. Add one minute Stir Fry mix and cook until mix begins to soften.
  6. 4.
  7. Add soy sauce, mix and cover for 3-4 Minutes.
  8. 5.
  9. Re introduce squid and Slim noodles, mix together, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  10. 6.
  11. Remove from heat and serve.
