Taco Salad(Quick And Easy!)
- 1 lb. hamburger
- corn chips
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 medium diced onion
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 head lettuce, shredded
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce (light)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 4 c. shredded lettuce
- 8 oz. flaked cooked fish
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
- 1/4 c. chopped red cabbage
- 1/4 c. diagonally sliced green onions
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 c. bean sprouts
- To make dressing, whisk first 6 ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Add lettuce, fish and vegetables.
- Toss with dressing.
- Top with bean sprouts and serve.
- Makes 4 servings.
