Herbed Corn Casserole Recipe

  1. Combine lowfat milk and mayonnaise, mix well.
  2. Add in egg, corn, stuffing, onion and parsley.
  3. Pour into greased and floured 8 inch round baking pan.
  4. Toss bread crumbs with melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle over corn mix.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
