Vidalia Topped Caesar Burgers

  1. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.
  2. Mix beef, parsley, 2 tbsp dressing and the peppered seasoning salt.
  3. Shape into 4 patties 1/2 " thick.
  4. Cover and grill 4-6" from medium heat 12-15 minutes, turn once, cook till no longer pink and juices run clear.
  5. Add onion slices to grill for at least 8-10 minutes of grilling, brush with 2 tbsp dressing and turn once, cook till crisp-tender.
  6. Toss romaine, remaining 1/4 cup dressing and the cheese.
  7. Layer romaine, burger and onion on each bun.
