Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 5 slices Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
- 2 Eggs, Beaten
- 1/2 cups Bread Crumbs
- 8 ounces, weight Cheddar, Shredded
- 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cups Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Dill Pickle Relish
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Onion
- 1/4 cups Ketchup
- 1 can (3 Oz. Can) French Fried Onions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine all the meatloaf ingredients.
- Press into a loaf pan, top with ketchup and bake 40 minutes.
- Top with French fried onions and bake another 15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
