Queso Potatoes

  1. Pierce potatoes with fork or sharp knife.
  2. Microwave on HIGH 18 min.
  3. or until tender.
  4. MICROWAVE VELVEETA and RO*TEL in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min.
  5. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 min.
  6. Cut potatoes lengthwise in half.
  7. Top each with 1/4 cup VELVEETA sauce.
