Thai Chicken Or Shrimp Sticks

  1. Combine all ingredients, except chicken or shrimp in a small bowl.
  2. POUR into a leak-proof plastic bag; add chicken or shrimp.
  3. Press out air and seal.
  4. Marinate chicken in refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
  5. If using shrimp, marinate for a maximum of 1 hour.
  6. Thread 4 chicken cubes or shrimp on each skewer.
  7. Place on foil-lined sheet pan; broil 4 minutes per side until cooked and lightly browned.
