Ramen Pad Thai
- 3 packages (3 Oz. Size) Top Ramen, Any Flavor
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 1 cup Green Onion Pieces (cut 2 Inches)
- 8 ounces, weight Shrimp, Chicken, Pork, Tofu, Or Other Veggies
- 5 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 cup Fresh Bean Sprouts
- 1/4 cups Chopped Peanuts
- 3 Tablespoons Thinly Sliced Fresh Basil
- Cook noodles in boiling water, drain.
- Combine sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and chili garlic sauce in a small bowl.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium high heat and add oil.
- Add onion pieces, meat or veggies, and garlic.
- Cook 2 minutes or until meat is almost done.
- Add noodles and sauce.
- Cook till meat is fully cooked.
- Top each serving of noodles with bean sprouts, peanuts, and basil.
- Enjoy!
