Bread Pudding With Black Jack Sauce Recipe

• 3 c. sour dough bread
• 1 pt. + 1 c. lowfat milk
• 2 Large eggs
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1 tbsp. vanilla
• 1 1/2 tbsp. butter
• 1 c. pecans

1. Mix bread and pecans in baking dish.
2. Mix lowfat milk, Large eggs, sugar, vanilla and butter.
3. Pour over bread and pecans.
4. Bake at 350 degrees till hard, 30 to 40 min.
