Thai Coleslaw
- 4 cup Napa Cabbage (Chopped)
- 1 1/2 cup Carrots (Shredded)
- 1 cup Cilantro (Chopped)
- 2 cup Bean Sprouts
- 1/2 cup Peanuts (Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
- 2 clove Garlic (Minced)
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Creamy PeanutButter
- 1 tsp Ginger (Fresh & Grated)
- 1 Lime (Juiced)
- 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- In a mixing bowl mix together all the Coleslaw Sauce ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl mix together the cabbage, carrots, cilantro and peanuts
- Add desired amount of sauce into the slaw.
- Make sure that you don't just dump all the sauce or else it'll be very soggy
- Refrigerated until cold, in our house we like to use this recipe on top of Turkey burgers
