Curried Chicken & Apple Pita
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 whole Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1/2 whole Red Onion
- 1/2 cups Cilantro
- 2 whole Granny Smith Apples
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala (Indian Blend Of Spices)
- 1/2 cups Cottage Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Millk
- 1 Tablespoon Plain Yoghurt
- 4 whole Pitas
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
- 4 whole Pitas
- Start by heating a pan with oil and cooking the chicken.
- Once cool, chop the chicken into smaller pieces.
- Chop the onion into smaller pieces.
- Chop the cilantro leaves and the apple into smaller pieces.
- Fry the onion until soft.
- Turn the heat off and add the curry and/or garam masala to the onion.
- Add the curried onion to the diced chicken and blend.
- Add the grated apple, chopped coriander, cottage cheese, milk, yoghurt and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir together to blend.
- Fill half a pita with the curried chicken and apple mixture and serve.
