Beef Tips Napoli Recipe

  1. Cut beef into 1 1/2 to 2 inch cubes.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. In large skillet, brown meat in Wesson, mix Hunts tomato paste with water, lemon juice, sugar, marjoram, carrot and garlic.
  4. Pour over meat.
  5. Cover; simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs or possibly till beef is tender.
  6. Add in more water if sauce thickens too fast.
  7. Salt to taste.
  8. Serve with boiled and liquid removed macaroni, blend with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  9. Makes 6 servings.
