Zobo
- 2 cup edible hibiscus leaves
- 3 tsp ground ginger
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 cup sugar syrup
- 1/2 liter water
- Get a fairly large saucepan and fill with water.
- Turn on the heat until the water is boiling.
- Then, add hibiscus leaves, garlic and ginger.
- Leave to boil for about 40-45 minutes
- Turn off the heat and leave to cool.
- Then add the syrup and flavour and it's ready to be drunk.
