Zobo

  1. Get a fairly large saucepan and fill with water.
  2. Turn on the heat until the water is boiling.
  3. Then, add hibiscus leaves, garlic and ginger.
  4. Leave to boil for about 40-45 minutes
  5. Turn off the heat and leave to cool.
  6. Then add the syrup and flavour and it's ready to be drunk.
