Pulled Pork Sliders

  1. Heat barbecue for indirect grilling: Light one side of barbecue, leaving other side unlit.
  2. Close lid; heat barbecue to 350 degrees F.
  3. Reserve 3/4 cup barbecue sauce.
  4. Place meat in disposable foil pan; brush with remaining barbecue sauce.
  5. Cover pan with foil.
  6. Place on barbecue grate over unlit area; cover.
  7. Grill 1-1/2 hours or until meat is done (160 degrees F).
  8. Remove from barbecue; let stand 10 min.
  9. Cook remaining barbecue sauce and beer in large saucepan 5 min.
  10. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  11. Meanwhile, shred meat with 2 forks.
  12. Add meat to barbecue sauce mixture; stir to evenly coat.
  13. Serve in buns.
