Egg Foo Young With Shrimp Recipe

  1. Mix shrimp, vegetables and mushrooms.
  2. Beat Large eggs and salt till fluffy.
  3. Combine with shrimp mix.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet.
  5. Pour 1/4 c. foo young mix into warm oil for each omelet.
  6. Cook over medium heat till brown on bottom and turn to brown other side.
  7. Drain on absorbent paper.
  8. Serve with sauce and rice.
