Dijon Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta just till done.
  2. Drain.
  3. Run cool water over till completely cool.
  4. In large bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, mustard and mayonnaise.
  5. Add pasta and other ingredients to dressing.
  6. Mix carefully and taste for seasoning.
  7. Chill thoroughly before serving.
