Brantley Beach's Cranberry Salsa Recipe
- 2 c. Dry cranberries, such as ocean spray "cranberry raisins"
- 16 ounce Cranberry sauce, whole berry
- 16 ounce Jellied cranberry sauce
- 4 x Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 x Bell pepper, chopped
- 1 x Onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 x Jalapeno pepper, chopped and seeded, optional
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh cilantro
- Blend all ingredients thoroughly and chill for at least a day before serving.
