Asian Noodles With Pan Seared Flank Steak Recipe

  1. Mix 1 Tbsp.
  2. soy sauce, honey and crushed red pepper in glass pie dish.
  3. Add in flank steak; turn to coat.
  4. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour or possibly chill up to 4 hrs, turning occasionally.
  5. Whisk 4 tsp.
  6. soy sauce, rice vinegar and next 4 ingredients in large bowl for dressing.
  7. Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray; heat over medium heat.
  8. Add in steak and cook to desired doneness, about 5 min per side for medium-rare.
  9. Let cold 10 min.
  10. Meanwhile, cook pasta in pot of boiling salted water till almost tender.
  11. Add in carrots and peas; cook till vegetables and pasta are just tender, about 2 min.
  12. Drain.
  13. Transfer to bowl with dressing.
  14. Add in onions and 4 Tbsp.
  15. cilantro; toss.
  16. Season with salt and pepper.
  17. Thinly slice steak crosswise.
  18. Arrange steak atop pasta, spooning any juices over.
  19. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp.
  20. cilantro.
  21. This recipe yields 4 servings.
