Chili Mac
- 1 box 14 oz deluxe macaroni and cheese with cheese sauce
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
- 1 can 14.5 oz petite diced tomatoes
- 1 can 15.5 oz brooks mild or hot chili beans or bushes chili black beans
- 1 packages 1.25 oz original chili seasoning mix
- 1 * TOPPINGS *
- 1 sour cream
- 1 shredded cheese
- 1 crushed crackers
- Prepare shells and cheese according to package directions.
- In a large skillet over medium heat cook and crumble beef add onions and green peppers and cook till beef is no longer pink.
- Drain and then stir in tomatoes, chill seasoning, beans, and prepared mac and cheese.
- Top with sour cream, cheese and crushed crackers if desired and enjoy.
