Just Kamaboko

  1. Score the kamaboko with a 5mm lattice pattern.
  2. Dissolve the Weipa stock in hot water.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a pan, and fry the kamaboko.
  4. Add oyster sauce and Weipa and it's done.
