Green Chilie Pie

• 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
• 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
• 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped onions (chop very fine or saute slightly)
• 1 c. half and half
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 1 Tbsp. Spanish seasonings, if available
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 tsp. onion powder
• 1 pie shell (Pet Ritz deep dish)

1. Bake pie

4. 5 minutes.
5. Sprinkle Jack cheese, 1/2 cup

7. the sharp cheese, onions and chopped chilies into the shell.
8. Beat

10. eggs,
11. half
12. and
13. half
14. and
15. seasonings together.
16. Add to the pie.tprinkle remaining sharp cheese on the pie.
17. Bakett 325u0b0 for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in the middle comes out dry.
18. Put cookie sheet under pie while baking it. Serve hot or cold.
19. Good served with a salad.
