Paneer Bruschetta Chips
- 3 large whole wheat tortillas, each cut into 8 wedges
- 200 g (1/2 of 400-g pkg.) paneer cheese, finely chopped
- 2 plum tomatoes, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. garam masala
- 1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Spread tortilla wedges into single layer on baking sheet.
- Bake 10 min.
- or until crisp, turning after 5 min.
- Cool.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
- Let stand 15 min.
- Stir paneer mixture gently just before serving; spoon onto tortilla chips.
