Tomato-Herb Focaccia
- 3 plum tomatoes
- .13 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- .13 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. pizza dough
- Arrange plum tomatoes in single layer on paper towel.
- Sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon salt.
- In small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, fresh rosemary, and the remaining 1/8 teaspoon salt.
- Press dough into 9- by 12-inch jelly-roll pan.
- Spread herb oil on top.
- Blot tomatoes; place on top of dough.
- Bake in 450 degree F oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
