Tomato-Herb Focaccia

  1. Arrange plum tomatoes in single layer on paper towel.
  2. Sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon salt.
  3. In small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, fresh rosemary, and the remaining 1/8 teaspoon salt.
  4. Press dough into 9- by 12-inch jelly-roll pan.
  5. Spread herb oil on top.
  6. Blot tomatoes; place on top of dough.
  7. Bake in 450 degree F oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
