Brie, Apple, & Walnut Crostini Drizzled with Date Syrup

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking tray with foil.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Lay baguette slices on tray.
  4. Bake in oven for a few minutes so they start to get crispy.
  5. Take tray out of oven and put 1 slice of brie on each piece of bread.
  6. Lay 1 slice of apple on top of each piece and then sprinkle with walnuts.
  7. Bake again for about 6 minutes.
  8. Turn broiler on for another few minutes.
  9. Watch crostini and take out when cheese is soft and semi-melted and bread is golden brown.
  10. Drizzle each slice with date syrup.
