Banana Brownie Pie
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
- 1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
- 3/4 c. biscuit baking mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- Bake pastry shell 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Reduce temperature to 325u0b0.
- In small saucepan over low heat, melt chips with butter.
- In a large mixer bowl, beat chocolate mixture with milk, biscuit mix, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in walnuts.
- Place bananas on bottom of pastry shell. Pour chocolate mixture over bananas.
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until center is set.
- Cool.
- Garnish as desired.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
