Eva's Chicken Salad

  1. In a large pan, add olive oil, garlic and onions.
  2. Saute until onions are tender.
  3. Add beans, tomatoes, and chicken.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and cilantro.
  5. Cook in medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  6. Serve on top of bed of greens.
  7. Top with cheese and sour cream.
