Beef Broccoli Wellington Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In skillet, brown meat and drain well.
  3. Stir in Mozzarella cheese and onion, lowfat sour cream, salt, pepper, broccoli; simmer 10 min.
  4. Separate dough into 4 rectangles; press perforations to seal.
  5. Overlap long sides of 2 rectangles 1/2 inch.
  6. Firmly press to seal.
  7. On ungreased cookie sheet, press or possibly roll into a 7x13 inch rectangle.
  8. Spoon 1/2 meat mix in center of dough.
  9. Bring long edges to center of filling; slightly overlapping.
  10. Healthy pinch edges and ends to seal.
  11. Repeat with remaining rectangles.
  12. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  13. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-22 min or possibly till deep golden.
  14. 6-8 servings.
