Chicken in Wine
- 3 -4 chicken breasts
- 34 cup wine, Rose or 34 cup chablis
- 14 cup soy sauce (may use less)
- 14 cup salad oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 garlic, close
- 12 teaspoon ginger
- 14 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Mix all togather except chicken in casserole.
- Add chicken and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
- Turn chicken occasionally while baking.
- Serve over rice.
