Parmesan Broiled Tilapia
- 13 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
- 14 cup Smart Balance butter spread
- 3 tablespoons smart beat fat-free mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 12 teaspoon Mrs. Dash table blend seasoning, divided
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
- 18 teaspoon onion powder
- 18 teaspoon paprika
- 2 lbs tilapia fillets
- cooking spray
- In a small bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, butter, mayonaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon juice and 1/4 tsp of the Mrs.
- Dash.
- Set aside.
- Season the fish with the remaining Mrs.
- Dash.
- Add more if desired.
- Preheat the broiler and coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- place the fish on the pan and broil for 3 minutes.
- Turn fish and broil for another 2-3 minutes.
- Spread the cheese mixture on top of the fish and broil until the topping is golden brown.
