Broccoli with Hollandaise sauce

  1. Bring a large pot of chicken broth or, alternatively salted water to a boil, add broccoli florets, cook 3 to 5 miutes depending on how crisp or tender you like your brocoli cooked.
  2. Drain and serve hot with Hollandaise sauce.
  3. If youcwant to prepare the brocoli in advance, cook as directed being sure not to over cook.
  4. After draining, plunge in ice water to set color and stop cooking, drain.
  5. Reheat in microwave just until heated, it takes a very short minute or so.
  6. Serve with Hollandaise Sauce
