• 1 (24 ounce) packet Simply Potatoes Traditional Mashed Potatoes
• 8 ounces sour cream
• 6 -8 green onions, chopped
• 1 cup crumbled fried bacon
• 8 ounces grated cheese

1. prepare potatoes put, put in buttered pan spread sour cream on top of potatoes, sprinkle green onions over, add crumbled bacon top of with cheese.
