Sausage & Spinach Soup

  1. Remove casings from sausage.
  2. Cook it in a large sauce pan until browned, stirring to crumble.
  3. add the onion and garlic, cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in water, beans, tomatoes, broth.
  5. Cover and bring to a boil.
  6. Remove from heat, stir in spinach, basil and oregano.
  7. Sprinkle each serving with grated Romano cheese.
