Deconstructed Devilled Egg Sandwich

• 8 slices whole grain bread, toasted
• 4 tsp. Dijon mustard
• 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
• 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
• 2 cups loosely packed arugula
• 6 hard-cooked eggs, thinly sliced
• 1 Claussen Dill Pickle, cut lengthwise into 4 slices

1. Spread 4 toast slices with mustard; sprinkle with chives.
2. Spread remaining toast slices with Miracle Whip.
3. Fill toast slices with arugula, eggs and pickles to make 4 sandwiches.
